What it means for owners, tenants and investors

West Ventura County has had little new industrial supply for two decades, so tenants needing modern space between Los Angeles and the Central Coast gain new options. Owners of older local buildings may face competition from new Class A product.

A rare block of new Class A industrial space is coming to west Ventura County.

What to watch

Completion dates for each building, pre-leasing, and asking rents relative to the San Fernando Valley and Inland Empire.
