What it means for owners, tenants and investors
Cold storage remains hard to find in the South Bay, and new temperature-controlled space close to the ports serves food and grocery distributors. The project adds modern clear-height space in a submarket where most industrial stock is older.
New South Bay industrial space with built-in cold storage targets food and grocery distribution users.
What to watch
Watch for demolition of existing structures, the construction start and any cold-storage tenant commitments.
