What it means for owners, tenants and investors

The project arrives as Los Angeles production volume has been under pressure and new studio space has been added across the region. Its vertical format, with stages and offices stacked on one site, is a test of whether purpose-built studio campuses can lease up in the current market.

Echelon's lease-up will be an early read on demand for new Hollywood studio space.
