The Camarillo Planning Commission approved the IPD-412 Business Park in May 2024. The project, led by Faring Capital, covers nearly 47 acres at Ventura Boulevard and Springville Drive near the US-101 corridor.
Plans call for five industrial buildings totaling 574,340 square feet and two auto dealerships totaling 133,000 square feet. The environmental record is filed with the state CEQA database. No construction start date has been published.

What it means for owners, tenants and investors
Ventura County has a limited supply of modern industrial buildings, and a project of this size would add a meaningful block of new space along the 101. The dealership component adds freeway-visible retail use to the site.
An entitled, freeway-adjacent industrial site of this scale is uncommon in Ventura County.
