What it means for owners, tenants and investors

South San Diego County has little vacant industrial land, and the site's position near the Otay Mesa border crossings suits cross-border manufacturing and distribution users. New supply of this size could draw tenants from older South Bay industrial buildings while serving companies that need modern clear heights and loading.

Nirvana Business Park adds rare new industrial space in a land-constrained part of San Diego County.

What to watch

Building permits, a construction start and any leasing or user announcements.
