One Beverly Hills is under vertical construction
Cain International's 17.5-acre Aman-branded campus at Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards went vertical in November 2025 after $4.3 billion in financing closed.

What's happening
Cain International's One Beverly Hills is a 17.5-acre campus at the intersection of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards. The plan combines two residential towers, an Aman hotel, retail and botanical gardens, with fewer than 200 condominiums.
Vertical construction began in November 2025 after the project closed $4.3 billion in financing. Suffolk is leading construction of the Aman-branded residential tower. Phased delivery is expected from 2027.
- Size: 17.5 acres; two residential towers, hotel, retail, under 200 condominiums
- Developer: Cain International; Suffolk building the Aman residential tower
- Location: Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles County
- Status/Timing: Vertical construction since November 2025; phased delivery from 2027
- Financing: $4.3 billion closed
What it means for owners, tenants and investors
The project sets a new price ceiling for luxury residential and hospitality in Los Angeles. Nearby retail and hotel owners could benefit from higher-income traffic, while the scale of the financing shows lenders will still back trophy assets in a tight capital market.
One Beverly Hills is one of the largest private developments in the region and is now going vertical.
What to watch
Watch for condominium sales and pricing, the hotel opening date and progress toward the first 2027 deliveries.
