What it means for owners, tenants and investors
The 190th Street corridor is one of the South Bay's main industrial areas, close to the 405 and 110 freeways and the ports. Replacing older buildings with modern product raises the quality of supply in a submarket with very little vacant land, which supports rents for well-located owners while giving tenants new options.
Sequoia Commerce Center is one of several approved projects recycling older industrial land along West 190th Street.
